We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and contribute meaningfully to our mission of providing affordable housing to those who need it most. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $17 to $18, complemented by an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. As a Receptionist at Related Affordable, you will be at the frontline of interaction with tenants, new applicants, and visitors, serving as a vital liaison in the housing application process. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails, welcoming and guiding tenants and applicants, distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and managing background and credit checks. Additionally, you will handle leasing tasks such as lease signings, financial statement preparation, invoice management, and various administrative duties. Your role extends to maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, addressing service requests, and supporting the office with a variety of tasks and projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, self-starter attitude. Prior experience in affordable housing is preferred but not mandatory.
