The Tommy Bahama Seattle Corporate Office is currently seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional office services support. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and phone callers, ensuring that all interactions reflect the brand's friendly and professional image. The Receptionist will maintain a welcoming and attractive reception area, manage multi-line telephone systems, and handle incoming visitors with courtesy and efficiency. In addition to reception duties, the individual will support the HR and office teams, aid in mailroom operations, and assist with various administrative tasks. This position requires the flexibility to assist in special projects and provide backup support for the Mailroom Coordinator, making it integral to the smooth daily operations of the corporate office.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $28.00, based on experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, organization, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform typical office-related physical activities such as bending or stooping.
