We are currently seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager specializing in Retail - Food & Beverage to join our Consumer Experiences (CX) Market team. This full-time role involves leading project teams through every stage of architectural project execution, including contract management, design development, detailed documentation, permitting processes, and construction administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgeting, and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining MG2’s standards of design excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. You will oversee contract deliverables, monitor project financials, and manage internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in directing project meetings, administering quality control, and ensuring all construction administration activities are handled seamlessly. Additional responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting regular reviews, and supporting professional development within your team.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field and should possess over eight years of experience working in a professional architecture or design firm. Although certification as a licensed professional is preferred, candidates with strong leadership and project management skills are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Revit, Auto-CAD, MS Office, and collaborative software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams are essential to succeed in this role.
Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $152,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
