The role of Kitchen Manager at Curry Up Now offers an exciting leadership opportunity within this fast-paced and rapidly expanding restaurant brand. The Kitchen Manager will directly oversee all back-of-house operations, encompassing all aspects from prep work to service and post-service cleanup. They will be essential in guiding the kitchen team through daily operations, ensuring that all culinary and hospitality standards meet Curry Up Now’s high expectations. The position requires strong leadership skills to coach and manage a team in a high-volume kitchen setting where speed, quality, and efficiency are paramount. Responsibilities include maintaining tight control over food and labor costs while understanding financial metrics like prime cost goals. The Kitchen Manager will actively handle scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and kitchen labor planning to optimize workflow and reduce waste. Adherence to recipes, portion control, prep pars, and food safety protocols is critical to maintaining consistency and food quality. This hands-on managerial role entails being physically present during peak times to lead by example and set the pace for the entire kitchen team. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the General Manager and ownership to achieve performance benchmarks and meet cost targets that drive profitability.   • At least 3 years experience cooking and 2 years leading in a restaurant kitchen
