The Assistant Manager position within this organization is a salary-exempt role designed for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a dynamic restaurant team. - Minimum two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to private transportation

- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
