We are seeking a polished and charismatic Host to join the Calabra team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests, where the Host bridges the gap between arrival and the beginning of a memorable dining journey. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 4 years of experience from renowned hotel restaurants, private clubs, or signature hospitality venues, demonstrating expertise in creating memorable first impressions, managing sophisticated dining operations, and carrying the hallmark of gracious, attentive hospitality that defines our luxury rooftop service. As a Calabra Host, your responsibilities extend beyond greeting and seating guests. You will expertly manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate seating arrangements ensuring prompt and comfortable guest placement, and assist in maintaining an organized and prepared dining environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and support staff to ensure seamless service flow and respond attentively to guest inquiries with a warm and professional demeanor. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in similar position
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments
