The position open is for a Dispatch Coordinator responsible for overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of lavatory and potable water service drivers to aircraft located in both terminal and hangar areas. This role demands meticulous coordination of drivers' schedules, monitoring incoming flights to provide coverage for late arrivals, and managing breaks and lunches to optimize workflow without sacrificing employee welfare. The Dispatch Coordinator maintains detailed aircraft service logs and issue logs which are crucial to tracking the condition and needs of each aircraft serviced during shifts. In addition to communicating any technical or operational issues to customers and the duty manager, the coordinator acts as an important liaison ensuring quick resolution and follow-up for aircraft maintenance needs. This position requires exceptional multitasking capabilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools to efficiently administer these logistics.
Working hours are structured to cover extended periods throughout the week with shifts scheduled Sunday and Monday from early morning until mid-afternoon and Tuesday through Thursday during afternoon to late evening.
