We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our ramp services team, a vital part of airport operations that directly supports aircraft turnaround activities. This role offers full-time employment with competitive remuneration, beginning at 30 hours per week. As a Ramp Team Lead at Unifi, you will play a crucial leadership role. You will oversee a team responsible for a variety of ground handling duties including marshalling aircraft safely onto the ramp, loading and unloading baggage, sorting freight and mail, and operating essential ramp equipment such as stairs, bridges, tow tractors, and servicing vehicles. Your role also encompasses aircraft cleaning, restocking, de-icing, performing safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. You will be expected to enforce safety policies, promote anti-harassment practices, and support equal employment opportunity principles within your team.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy weights, working in various weather conditions, and managing shift work including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.                 - High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
 - must be at least 18 years of age
 - must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
 - possess a valid Driver’s License
 - must be able to frequently lift greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs
 - constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs
 - constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend
 - must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
 - must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
