Currently, Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to take charge of a flight department at the KBJC airport. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s standards of service and safety while ensuring effective coordination of personnel and flight operations. The CAM will be integral in supervising assigned staff, promoting a high standard of conduct and appearance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant FAA regulations, company policies, and operational manuals. The position demands a proactive leader who can manage scheduling, personnel training, maintenance coordination, and expense approval, all while nurturing a positive and professional team environment. The Client Aviation Manager acts as the central point of communication between the flight department and clients, including soliciting client input on operational issues and maintaining up-to-date documentation on training and regulatory compliance. This role also requires active participation in the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives to uphold and enhance operational safety. Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary range from $50,000 to $500,000 depending on geographic location, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and account assignments. Candidates for this role must be able to work on an on-call basis and either reside or be willing to relocate within two hours of the KBJC airport. The position also requires completion of ICAO International procedures training annually.
