The position involves controlling baggage loading to ensure aircraft safety and security, maintaining clean aircraft interiors, and ensuring accurate data entry into company systems. Furthermore, this role demands leadership in overseeing the arrival and departure of aircraft to ensure on-time and safe operations. The Ramp Lead Crewmember coordinates activities for the ramp team to meet or exceed company performance indicators. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as the role requires professional and effective interaction with Operations Control Center (OCC) personnel to facilitate smooth operations and address any safety concerns.
