We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our production team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role is critical in ensuring that our baked goods consistently meet the high standards that our customers expect and appreciate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial baking, a passion for creating quality products, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing and mixing ingredients precisely according to recipes and production schedules, operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, and baking a variety of items including breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies. Additionally, the Baker will be responsible for assembling baked goods with attention to visual appeal and consistency, as well as monitoring inventory levels to maintain an uninterrupted workflow.
Attention to health and safety standards is paramount in this role. The Baker must adhere to proper sanitation and food handling protocols to guarantee product safety and quality. Collaborative teamwork is essential to meet production goals and fulfill customer demand, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace is part of the daily routine.                 - A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a commercial bakery or food production environment
 - strong knowledge of baking techniques, from scratch recipes, and ingredient handling
 - ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
 - excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
 - strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
 - ability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
 - a positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for baking
 - must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
