The Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City, part of the Choice Hotels managed portfolio which also includes brands such as Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist at Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City, you will spearhead HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment efforts to onboard top talent, supporting career development trajectories, championing training programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a culture that embodies teamwork, recognition, and service excellence epitomized by the "Yes I Can!" attitude. Collaborating closely with hotel managers, the HR Generalist will help build high-performing teams and resolve workplace challenges, making this role critical in supporting a harmonious and efficient hotel environment.
The position requires a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience working in unionized settings and handling negotiations and union rules locally and regionally will be valuable. Strong conflict resolution skills and a collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
