The Spa Concierge position at Glen Ivy plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive at the spa treatment building until their departure. This role includes responsibilities such as preparing and organizing daily spa activities, checking guests in, managing retail sales and inventory, and collaborating closely with Spa Attendants, Spa Services leadership, and service providers. The Spa Concierge is expected to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. This role requires a blend of guest services, sales development, and administrative skills, making it ideal for individuals with hospitality experience who are motivated by customer interaction and achieving sales goals.
