  • BS degree in food science or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of bakery or food manufacturing operations management experience including 3 years in food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance
  • PCQI, HACCP, Food Defense and GFSI certifications required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of federal and state food safety regulations, 6 sigma, ISO standards
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics for continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
