The role of a Part-Time (PT) Food Server at Hilton is a vital part of the hotel's ongoing efforts to ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to its financial success. As a PT Food Server, the individual will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests while maintaining Hilton's high service standards. This position requires a friendly, timely, and efficient approach to responding to guest requests, ensuring a positive dining experience. The Food Server must have a good understanding of the menu, promotions, and specials to assist guests effectively and provide accurate information. The role involves taking orders using the hotel's point-of-sale system and promptly delivering food and drink orders. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be done in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations. The Food Server is also responsible for maintaining a well-stocked serving station to provide seamless service during meal periods.
