This position is a part-time role with benefits available for those working 20 or more hours per week, offering a competitive hourly wage of $12.69. The working hours are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., during the day shift. The primary responsibilities include receiving, sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for sale; assisting customers with both donations and purchases; maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness; and operating the cash register. This role requires someone who can handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items, as well as providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Salvation Army thrift store runs smoothly and remains an inviting place for customers and donors alike. - High school diploma or GED
- one year retail or warehouse experience preferred
- ability to operate a cash register
