The role being hired for within Food Lion is a position in the Deli Bakery Department at the Winston Salem store. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a quality customer service experience within the deli department by adhering to company standards and operational procedures. The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer interaction, maintain the deli standards in line with the company's standard practice manual, maximize sales through excellent service, and minimize product shrinkage by following proper handling and operational guidelines.
