The Lot Attendant position at ABM is a crucial role focused on delivering exceptional customer service within parking operations. This role involves managing cash and electronic transactions with parking customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting customers warmly, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information with respectful communication at all times. Responsibilities include issuing and collecting visitor parking tickets, matching tickets to parking rates, processing payments, and handling lost ticket procedures. The operator must accurately reconcile receipts and cash, perform revenue drops as per location protocols, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The position specifically requires a commitment to safety regulations and company procedures, along with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs and safety concerns. Communication skills are vital, as the role frequently involves liaising with guests, clients, and team members, reporting incidents or safety issues promptly to management. This position is offered on a part-time weekend schedule, with shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 12 pm and from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, paying $20.00 per hour.
