The Cafe Chef will also serve as a key partner with Front of House teams, Facilities, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operational flow, equipment upkeep, food safety compliance, inventory management, and financial targets related to P&L including food cost, waste, labor, and inventory turnover. With an annual compensation range of $80,000 to $85,000 plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses, this full-time role is designed for culinary professionals committed to hospitality excellence, team development, and operational leadership in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere. The Cafe Chef will be entrusted with training and validating team members, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and compliance, and fostering clear communication and professionalism with a coaching mindset.   • At least 3 years of experience in culinary/kitchen leadership and casual dining
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Proven passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations
  • Experience in training and developing Back of House team members
  • Ability to communicate in a direct, respectful, and transparent manner
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Certification in a hospitality-related field preferred
  • English fluency
