The Barista role at La Colombe, a leader in artisan coffee roasting recently acquired by Chobani, represents an exciting opportunity to be the heart and soul of the café experience. As a Barista, you will engage with customers warmly and genuinely, making each visitor feel special and part of the community. This role requires energy, warmth, and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the face of the café, taking orders and ensuring every cup is crafted with consistent quality and style. Training will be provided to all new hires to become coffee experts in the La Colombe tradition. This position emphasizes responsibility and respect, expecting you to own your station, your shift, and your positive energy. You will maintain a spotless environment, as cleanliness is integral to the customer experience. Working collaboratively, you will support your teammates, identify ways to improve daily operations, and bring positive vibes to every shift, all contributing to an outstanding guest experience. • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required - we will train you)
• takes pride in being part of a team and embodies all of our One Dove principles - kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
