The Provider Recruitment Concierge role at Lee Health is a critical full-time position within the LPG Physician Recruitment department, based out of the Lee Health Corporate Center. Working primarily during the first shift, the Concierge will operate with a high degree of professionalism, representing Lee Health to candidates and prospective employees. This position serves as the primary contact and guide for candidates traveling to Fort Myers for interviews, providing exceptional customer service and logistical support. Responsibilities include arranging and delivering pick-up and drop-off services to multiple locations outlined in each candidate's itinerary, such as hotels, Lee Health hospitals, professional offices, and local restaurants. The Concierge also manages last-minute changes in interview schedules, coordinating alternative arrangements as necessary to ensure a smooth experience. In addition to transportation and schedule management, the Concierge may offer informal community tours to acquaint candidates with the local area, adding a personalized touch to their visit. An essential component of the role involves evaluating candidates based on interactions throughout the interview day, providing valuable feedback to the recruitment team to aid in decision-making. The role further includes administrative support duties within the office environment, such as managing leadership calendars, coordinating meetings, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting in budget-related tasks including reimbursement requests and invoice tracking.
