The Second Cook position at Brown University is a full-time, onsite role within the Dining Services department, operating under a 40-hour workweek schedule. In this position, the Second Cook anticipates the needs of daily food production and catering services by organizing raw products necessary for meal preparation, managing production subsystems, and ensuring timely completion of cooking tasks close to service time.
