The Property Manager, also referred to as Resort Manager, will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing the financial health of the property. This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Property Manager’s primary role is to provide exceptional customer service to both residents and guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Beyond guest relations, the manager is entrusted with handling operational responsibilities such as budget preparation and analysis, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
