  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • minimum eight years of relevant aviation engineering experience
  • ability to obtain professional engineering (P.E.) license within 12 months if not already licensed
  • proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
