Bartenders must adhere strictly to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor laws, including preventing the service of alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests, thus upholding legal and ethical standards. This role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, lifting moderate weights, and working in confined spaces.
