The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at Million Air is an integral position responsible for ensuring effective and exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external customers. The CSR acts as the face of Million Air, delivering personalized concierge services to pilots and customers, handling invoicing, preparing for incoming aircraft, and maintaining clear communication amongst various departments. The role requires a positive, upbeat personality with the ability to sense customer needs anticipatorily, provide friendly and professional service, and remain committed to exceeding customer expectations consistently.
This position operates during evening hours and includes at least one weekend day per week, guaranteeing 40 hours a week. The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00, with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401k plan, paid time off, performance-based bonuses, overtime availability, and meal discounts. This position requires the capability to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving history since insurance eligibility is a factor.
