The Coca-Cola Amphitheater is currently seeking a Production Runner, a pivotal role designed to support the talent and production teams during live shows. This position is part-time and seasonal, catering to the operational needs during event seasons. As a Production Runner, your primary function will encompass a diverse array of 'errands' and logistical duties essential for the seamless execution of concerts and live performances. Confidentiality is of utmost importance in this role, underpinning the trust and professionalism expected in such a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The role requires a passionate, resourceful, and forward-thinking individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor. Key responsibilities include coordinating food and beverage deliveries directly to artists, ensuring that equipment, paperwork, and other essential materials are appropriately transported and handled. Additionally, helping maintain clean, organized stage and backstage areas is critical to enable smooth production flow. The role often supports the Green Room Server by attending to artists' needs, distributing show passes and guest lists, and performing opening, running, and closing side duties in strict compliance with company policies. In this capacity, you will develop a thorough understanding of the events taking place, music schedules, and promotional activities, contributing to an organized and successful showday experience. Because the environment is fast-paced and sometimes stressful, the Production Runner must demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. They should also possess an intimate knowledge of local regions to facilitate quick access to restaurants, music stores, and other vital locations.
