The role of a Production Associate at Bimbo Bakeries USA is an entry-level position critical to the success of the bakery production team. Production Associates are responsible for a variety of functions, including the operation of high-powered machinery used in the baking process, mixing ingredients, packaging finished products, and handling and stacking materials and equipment.
