This job opening is for a Process Technician position on the 3rd shift, with pay ranging from $20.01 to $21.12 per hour plus a $2.00/hr shift premium, scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am with occasional overtime on Saturdays. The workplace is located at 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale, TN 37315. 
As a Process Technician at McKee Foods, you will have a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of production lines that contribute to creating beloved products. This position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment such as creme and capper machinery to meet stringent quality standards. The role demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments, and competency in recording accurate data within the OPM system. The Process Technician will liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold a clean, organized work environment and to minimize waste, optimizing overall production performance. Mechanical aptitude is essential, as is the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Working in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, the Process Technician must demonstrate flexibility, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a dedicated safety mindset to thrive in this role.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
 - Ability to work 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed
 - Physical ability to lift and move 50 lbs regularly
 - Willingness to wear steel-toed safety shoes
