The role offered is for a Warehouse Operations team member at Cardinal Health, specifically focused on the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of vital medical supplies. This position involves working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented warehouse environment to support the smooth flow of products that are crucial for administering healthcare treatments. The employment is on a full-time basis with shifts from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM or until work is completed, offering a pay rate of $22.80 per hour including shift differential. The position provides comprehensive training from day one, making it welcoming to individuals with little to no previous warehouse experience.
The warehouse team member will engage in a variety of tasks such as accurately picking orders, performing quality control, packing products, and preparing shipments. Additionally, team members cross-train in multiple warehouse areas including order picking, outbound dock management, packing renal and IV fluids, and operating automated storage and retrieval systems. These duties are crucial to maintaining the uninterrupted supply of life-saving drugs and medical products to hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners.
