The role of Performance Improvement Analyst at UAMS is an engaging and impactful position within the ICE | CORE Performance Improvement IOP NC department. They bring at least four years of experience applying continuous improvement methods such as Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management within healthcare or related settings. Advanced computer proficiency, especially in office automation software and statistical programs, is crucial for success in this role.
