The Flight Monitor is responsible for promptly identifying any deviations from established flight paths or operational parameters and coordinating immediate response strategies to mitigate risks. Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location and experience, ranging from $62,800 to $138,700 annually. • Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
• understanding and application of FAA regulations and aviation policy and safety protocols
