As a Premier Driver, you will play a key role in upholding the Group’s prestigious brand image, delivering a superior customer experience, and ensuring seamless logistics operations by maintaining the security and integrity of merchandise. This position involves more than just driving. You will be the face of the company during deliveries, expected to maintain a professional appearance according to strict company guidelines and to project the ethos of the YOOX NET-A-PORTER customer experience. The job necessitates working autonomously under varying weather conditions, managing interactions with couriers, dispatchers, and customer service teams, and supporting management with daily operational tasks.
