We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Porter to join our maintenance team. This full-time position is essential in supporting the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our residential properties. The Porter will be tasked with performing general maintenance tasks, site cleaning, and ensuring the safe use of tools and equipment. Working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., this role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities, ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with established safety protocols and company policies. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for residents by adhering to safety and maintenance standards related to equipment operation, fire safety, and hazardous materials management. Additionally, this role involves driving vehicles to and from the office and residential sites, highlighting the need for reliability and responsibility.
