At an hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $19.00, the Porter ensures that common areas remain tidy, vacant apartments receive proper pre-turn cleaning, and minor service requests are efficiently handled. Porters contribute meaningfully to resident satisfaction by supporting safety protocols, maintaining accessibility, and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Tasks include lock changes consistent with property policies and ensuring that gated amenities like pools comply with safety codes. They are also responsible for communicating necessary notices to residents and alerting supervisors about potential hazards or maintenance needs.
