The baker's duties include following precise recipes and production lists to ensure consistency and quality in all bakery products. Bakers also play an important role in guest interactions, assisting customers with product inquiries and special orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Working closely within a team environment, the baker supports department goals and fosters a collaborative workplace culture. This full-time position requires the ability to handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 60 pounds. The work environment involves exposure to varying temperatures and nearby machinery. The baker must be flexible with scheduling, as the role may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
