In this role, employees will develop a wide range of culinary skills by preparing a variety of food items such as bakery goods, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other signature menu items. The position requires strict adherence to company recipes and measurements to maintain the quality and consistency Buc-ee's is known for. Employees will also maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary food recipes.
