The employee will also manage the outdoor appearance of the resort including snow and ice removal and keeping parking lots free of litter. Operating various cleaning equipment and supplying cleaning products to other employees are important aspects of the job. The role demands a consistent focus on safety by adhering to established protocols and promptly reporting unsafe conditions. Physical stamina is essential since the position requires frequent walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Occasionally, overnight shifts may be required to ensure the casino and spa remain in prime condition for guests at all hours. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties and familiarity with floor care machinery like buffers and extractors. Completion of hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogen training within 3 to 6 months of employment is mandatory to ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
