The open position is for a Porter, a key role responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction at the Lucky Strike centers. As a Porter, you will be responsible for thorough cleaning, sanitation, and making sure the center is guest-ready from all angles, both inside and outside. The role also involves assisting servers and runners with event setups, including arranging tables and displays, contributing to smooth event operations. You will quickly address guests’ needs by resolving common equipment issues such as pin jams or ball return malfunctions, ensuring game play is uninterrupted. Additionally, you will perform minor building maintenance tasks as needed, which helps keep the facility running smoothly. Working in this role requires a strong team orientation, effective multitasking abilities, and solid communication skills.
