The Porter role at Core Spaces is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of their residential communities. Working on-site under the supervision of the Community Engineering Manager, the Porter is responsible for a variety of groundskeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure that all properties remain welcoming and meet brand standards. This position involves active engagement with routine maintenance duties including trash removal, landscaping upkeep, pool cleaning, and the presentation of common areas and amenities. The role demands a proactive individual capable of supporting property operations by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety. It also requires physical stamina, as the position involves lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds and performing tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and arranging property furnishings throughout the day.

                - Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule on-site at the property
 - Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
 - Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
 - Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday
