The role available at Crash Champions involves essential facility maintenance duties that support the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include cleaning building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role includes servicing, cleaning, and stocking restrooms to uphold hygiene standards; cleaning windows, glass, and mirrors to maintain a professional appearance; gathering and emptying trash to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility; and occasionally assisting with customer routing, which contributes to smooth customer operations and workflow. The employment type offered is hourly, with competitive pay ranging from $16.20 to $20.00 per hour depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, can take direction well, and enjoy being part of a team committed to operational excellence. Prior experience in the automotive field, while preferred, is not required. However, reliability, a good work history, the ability to pass a thorough background check, and possession of a valid drivers license are mandatory requirements for this role.
