An OTG Porter’s responsibilities are multifaceted, including receiving, verifying, organizing, and stocking merchandise in compliance with strict quality and sanitation standards. The Porter is instrumental in maintaining the image and operational efficiency of OTG facilities, performing basic maintenance tasks, cleaning, and sanitation duties alongside inventory management. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling product carts, as well as climbing ladders to manage stock storage. Flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail are essential attributes, as the position demands working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and in different weather conditions. • Must be at least 18 years of age
• ability to read invoices and count product
• knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines
• ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 85 lbs on occasion
• ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve product
• ability to pull/push product cart
• must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, to stoop, kneel, and crouch
• must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexible
