The Groundskeeper position at ZRS Management is a vital role responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of residential properties under their management. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the properties are well-maintained, clean, and appealing to current and prospective residents, enhancing their overall living experience. In this role, the Groundskeeper is tasked with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the aesthetic and functional maintenance of the property. This includes maintaining the buildings and breezeways to be free of trash and cobwebs, sweeping or blowing debris from the grounds, replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings, and conducting monthly property walk-throughs to identify and address maintenance issues. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will be responsible for pressure washing buildings, preparing market-ready units for new residents, cleaning common areas, model units, and amenities, and maintaining the compactor area to prevent debris accumulation.
