We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our full-time team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our property grounds, including walkways, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, and other common areas. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for daily upkeep, trash removal, graffiti removal, and addressing any health and safety concerns promptly. This position requires physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are also necessary to effectively interact with residents and team members, ensuring a positive community environment. Employment is contingent upon passing a standard background check, aligning with all relevant laws and regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to respond calmly and professionally to resident inquiries
• Pass a standard background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
