As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for welcoming guests with a friendly smile, preparing your station before each shift, and ensuring tables are properly set with utensils and condiments. Your duties will include refilling drinks, clearing used plates and glassware, and delivering hot food from the kitchen to customers efficiently. You will assist servers by providing customer support when needed, follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously, and maintain cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables while keeping seating areas and floors tidy. Communication with team members regarding table availability is essential, as well as sorting items in the dishwashing area. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for long hours, work collaboratively with detail orientation, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
