The role of Porter at Asset Living is crucial in maintaining the high standards of the properties under this management. The Porter supports the maintenance functions, assisting with corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance tasks to ensure the properties remain in pristine condition. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Porter plays an integral role in the operational success of the community by managing the make-ready process and attending to various maintenance duties that contribute to the overall safety, appearance, and functionality of the community. This position is full-time with a salary range of $15 to $16 per hour. Porters at Asset Living are essential to maintaining clean, safe, and appealing environments within the managed properties. Key responsibilities include regular inspections and maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas. The Porter also responds promptly to work orders and service requests from residents and management, ensuring quick resolution to enhance resident satisfaction and community image. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining well-organized maintenance resources are emphasized to promote efficient and safe working conditions. The Porter participates in preventive maintenance programs to reduce future repair costs and is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, reinforcing Asset Living’s commitment to resident relations and community standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent
