This role is vital to the seamless operation of the kitchen and overall guest satisfaction. The Kitchen Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment, properly washing and sorting dishes, prepping food as needed, and ensuring that all dish stations and kitchen areas remain organized and free of clutter. The Kitchen Steward plays a key role in supporting the kitchen's daily operations by adhering to strict food safety standards and sanitation practices. The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
