The position involves essential maintenance and cleaning duties like polishing lighting fixtures, maintaining marble surfaces, replacing light bulbs, and general cleaning of communal areas including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms. The maintenance responsibilities also encompass floor care through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming, cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, and woodwork. In addition to cleaning tasks, the position requires handling trash disposal and maintaining outdoor areas with activities such as grass cutting. Transporting equipment and tools as needed across the property is also part of the role. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of hands-on experience in maintenance and cleaning, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be physically capable of handling heavy equipment safely. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance is mandatory for the duties which may require travel between properties. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
