Currently, AVE is recruiting Housekeepers to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort in their one and two-bedroom fully furnished suites. The Housekeeper role is integral to the residents' experience, responsible for light and deep cleaning tasks, including bed making, vacuuming, laundry, and replenishing linens and amenities. They also prepare unfurnished apartments for new move-ins and maintain the cleanliness of common operational areas such as housekeeping carts, laundry rooms, and break rooms. This position is full-time, requiring availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and includes a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. Additional bonus opportunities are provided, potentially paid monthly or quarterly depending on the position. • Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and 'can do' attitude
• Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Must have reliable source of transportation
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm full-time schedule
