Currently, Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking to hire a Porter, a key role within their on-site management team. The Porter position is integral to maintaining the pristine and inviting exterior image of the residential properties under their care. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, dependent on the size and age of each community, ranging from general upkeep to assisting with apartment make-readies. Candidates for this position must be able to lift between 80-100 pounds regularly and show a proactive approach to maintaining both the property's cleanliness and the comfort of its residents. Responsibilities include clearing trash littering the property, keeping common areas and landscaping spotless, replacing lightbulbs and window screens, and performing various maintenance tasks such as cleaning air conditioning vents, replacing filters, and assisting with appliance installation. The Porter also plays a vital part in upkeeping amenities like pool areas and executing light painting duties as needed. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with the service management team. Employment in this position is hourly, with a competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.60 per hour depending on experience.
